How do I add Recall?

In Claude, on any plan: follow the steps on Add Recall to Claude. Recall is on its way to ChatGPT’s app directory; until it’s listed, ChatGPT only lets workspace plans add apps like it.

Claude asks permission every time Recall saves a card.

Choose Always allow when Claude first asks to use Recall in a chat.

The AI made its own flashcards instead of using Recall.

Mention Recall in your message (“Using Recall, …”), or tell it once: "Remember to always use Recall for my flashcards."

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Your account page has an export of all your decks, cards and reviews as a file, and a button to delete your account and everything in it.

How do I cancel Pro?

From your account page, open billing and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
